Formerly known as The New Otani Hotel, KCS West provided Design-Build services for the original construction of this 451-key, 21-story luxury hotel in the Little Tokyo District of downtown Los Angeles. The project consisted of 400,000 sf of guestrooms and services including a Japanese garden mezzanine on the fourth floor, multiple restaurants, a full service night club & bar, fitness facilities, banquet facilities, and retail areas. A 4-level underground parking structure was also included.  KCS West also provided Design-Build services for the recent renovation of 214 suites, mechanical system & code required upgrades, and the renovation of the lobby and the addition of a new ground floor bar.
