Business Development Manager

Darina is an accomplished Business Development Manager offering over 10 years of experience in driving revenue through building and maintaining client relationships.   Prior to joining KCS West, Darina was a paralegal for over 15 years specializing in family law, land and right-of-way acquisitions, civil litigation and intellectual property matters in coordination with in-house and outside corporate counsel, including extensive oversight of organization and management of documents in large-scale litigation matters.

In 2013, Darina made a game changing career decision and transitioned into Commercial Real Estate Development and has been enjoying every single moment.  Darina also served as a Project Manager for a hospitality real estate developer with an instrumental role in executing land acquisition and development activities in  ground-up development and redevelopment of upscale select service and boutique hotels, with project sizes ranging from 175-keys to 404-keys and estimated construction costs of approximately $40M to over $200M.  This role also involved Darina to perform due diligence work prior to all land acquisitions and actively participated in efforts to capitalize the project’s development having directed and managed the Development Project Execution Team responsible for the design and construction of real estate development and redevelopment projects.

During Darina’s personal time, she loves spending time with her son and daughter doing just about anything and everything!
