When Kajima started its U.S. operations in California in 1961, its goal was to become a full-service provider for Japanese clients in the U.S. Since then, Kajima has expanded that goal, and today is a total solutions provider with a group of U.S. companies that span the spectrum of design and construction industries. We are able to offer our clients a single-source for all services in these related fields. American companies have become clients as a result of the firm’s excellent track record of completing highly technical projects, and now comprise the majority of Kajima USA’s revenue.
KCS West has successfully constructed numerous commercial offices, hospitality, high-rise residential, warehouse/distribution centers, and studio/post-production/sound stage facilities, primarily in California. We share resources and technological advances of our Kajima sister companies internationally and throughout the United States and bring these advancements to the clients we serve. Our thorough understanding of all facets of the building process assures each client that a project meets or exceeds their quality and budget criteria.
Kajima Construction Services West (KCS West) is a subsidiary of Kajima USA and handles construction efforts for Kajima USA on the west coast.
